No Doctors for me

Let’s meditate first.

How to sit Thich Nhat Hanh: Nourish yourself wherever you are. It’s wonderful if you have a quiet place to sit at home or in your workplace. But you can practice mindful sitting wherever you are. If you ride the train or the bus to work, there are excellent places to practice sitting. Instead of thinking about your projects, your colleagues, and your list of tasks, you can enjoy practicing breathing in and out to release the tension in your body and give your mind a break from being caught in thought. You can create a meditation hall in your bus or train. Use your time, wherever you are, to nourish and heal yourself.

Under the Bodhi tree, Agatha is a traditional short verse you can recite during your meditation. You can make your own or recite ones you have heard. Here is one: Sitting here is like sitting under the bodhi tree. My body is mindfulness itself; it is entirely free from distraction.

Triangle Breathing: Breathe in slowly, belly breathe, for the count of 4, hold for a count of 4, and exhale slowly for a count of 4. Repeat 10 times.

Okay, let’s get into this. Grab your water bottle. Comfy?

How does it feel to go 8+ years without a doctor?

It feels amazing!! It feels fantastic to be in control of my body, my health, my wants, and my desire to be healthy.

I am healthier today than I was when I went in for “regular check-ups.” How do I know? I know this because I have attended school, I possess a soul, I pay attention, I have read books, and I have conducted extensive research over years. I have asked myself how I feel. In fact, because of my job as my own healer (because I would never call myself a doctor, out of respect for myself). I regularly assess my own well-being and am always the first to understand my feelings. It may seem unusual, but it’s true!

That might sound mean, but it is my truth, my belief, and my right to live in a free country. I have every right to say what I want. And guess what? You don’t have to agree. I have made the decision not to visit someone who claims to be a doctor. I don’t have to be harassed, poked, prodded, and embarrassed. I can grab my medical books and my anatomy charts. I can go inside and feel and see where I hurt mentally, physically, and spiritually.

In fact, the medical community has gone online. You can call a doctor and tell them how you feel, and they can diagnose you online. I am curious as to why I am unable to do that for myself. I already know the answer, but do you?

I won’t preach at you. Aww… well… hell yes, I will! I will share that it’s wonderful not to make appointments, have blood drawn, or have someone guess what is happening to me by educating myself from books. It’s amazing, but I can read too, not just doctors. And I’ll never take another side-effect-laden pharmaceutical or poison-filled vaccine. Not unless I want to. I don’t want to be herded through an office visit and end up feeling worse than when I went in. Before I was medically injured and went to the doctors religiously, I didn’t realize how scared I was to see someone with a degree until I stopped going. I felt judged and had to obey those who claimed to be superior. Should I stop seeing them and instead rely on my knowledge and the guidance of a herbalist, just as I did when I first stopped seeing doctors? Priceless!

Once again, do what is right for you, but be wise in your choices. Educate yourself to take your power. You should understand that you possess the ability to heal both yourself and your loved ones. I love how I know how to make herbal remedies, soaps, lotions, and ointments. I love to cook with herbs and spices. I cultivate herbal medicine and maintain a strong connection with Mother Earth. I’ve healed from medical injuries and pharmaceutical addictions.

Granted, it has taken me years, but it took me years to get where I was! Here’s the thing: you don’t have to go to a natural college or study for years. There are those of us who love helping to educate folks on how to take back their healing. And I would love to help you with finding the plants, organic diet, seasonings, essential oils, crystals, energy vibrations, and gems that call to you. The true healer can help you reconnect to your higher self and Source.

A medicine Woman’s prayer: “I will not rescue you. For you are not powerless. I will not fix you. You are not broken. I will not heal you. For I see you, in your wholeness. I will walk you through the darkness as you remember your light.”

“Healers are not perfect. They are actually far from it. Healers are people who have stared into the face of pain and suffering and found themselves staring right back. They create themselves through all of the adversity, and in the process, they inspire others to do the same. Healers do not necessarily have to heal others. They heal themselves and inspire others to do the exact same.”

I need to obey the healing rules of the universal world”. When sending energy to others, you never want to infringe upon their pre-planned life events, despite how badly you want to help them. When you want to send healing to another, it’s actually in their best interest to send a neutral packet of energy to their Higher Self. Request that this energy be used to help manifest the best outcome for all.

I have practiced and still practice what I share here in this blog. I’ve healed my animals. I’ve helped them through healing issues with an organic diet and culinary herbalism. The vets, as well as others, can not believe how old and yet how strong their immune systems are. It’s so freeing to be disconnected from the narrative and dogma thinking.

Even the oldest book in history (the Bible) shares ways to heal yourself naturally.

We must find our way back to our free will, to control how we are treated, and to have all the information so we can make the best medical decision for ourselves. The government and Big Pharma want to control your decisions and not give you the whole truth and show the lies. How can you make the best-informed decisions? Don’t give them the ability to control you. Start loving, respecting, and protecting yourself.

Remember this: “The Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command. His heart sank as he thought of the enormous power arrayed against him, the ease with which any Party intellectual would overthrow him in debate, and the subtle arguments that he would not be able to understand, much less answer. And yet he was in the right! They were wrong, and he was right. This is a reference to George Orwell’s novel, 1984.

In this time in our world, it is time to step up and fight for yourself and your family. Fight for your free will, freedom of choice. Our values, learned over the course of history, are under attack.

Hey!

This is where the Anons, weirdos, and common sense people hang out. I’m not normal nor do I want to be. Now imagine what your higher self looks like through the same lens—coded with purpose, armored in truth, and broadcasting on a frequency most still can’t hear.
