🌿 Sip to Heal — Issue 1

Why I Had to Heal Through the Cup

Because sometimes, a teacup is the only altar you can carry

I didn’t choose the tea.

The tea chose me.

When your body becomes a battlefield — with IC firing from the bladder, Lyme crawling through your nerves, and Alpha-Gal Syndrome turning food into fear — you search for anything that feels like safety.

And for me?

That safety started in a cup.

 The Bitterness Burned Me Out

I tried all the “healing” protocols — the tinctures that scorched my tongue, the gut-cleanse drinks that tasted like pond water, the expensive powders that sat on the shelf collecting dust.

They promised wellness.

But they delivered dread.

I wanted to heal.

But I also wanted to enjoy my life.

Was that too much to ask?

🍵 Tea Became My Turning Point

One night, after a particularly painful flare, I made a simple cup of corn silk and Horsetail.

No measuring. No plan. Just instinct.

And when I sipped it…

My nervous system exhaled.

Not because the tea was a miracle — but because I finally felt nourished.

That night, I decided:

I will heal through pleasure. I will sip my way back to self.

🌸 My Mission Now

I blend teas for relief, yes.

But also for ritual.

For taste.

For the joy of beauty in the middle of pain.

And now, I’m sharing that path with you.

Because if you’ve ever felt punished by the process of healing — you deserve to come home to the cup, too.

Hey!

This is where the Anons, weirdos, and common sense people hang out. I’m not normal nor do I want to be. Now imagine what your higher self looks like through the same lens—coded with purpose, armored in truth, and broadcasting on a frequency most still can’t hear.
