The American Revolutionary War was fought between the colonies and Great Britain from 1775 to 1783, leading to the development of the United States as an independent nation. On the other hand, the American Civil War, fought from 1861 to 1865, was a conflict between the Union and the Confederate States over issues like slavery and states’ rights, resulting in a more divisive and violent internal conflict within the country!
